I have lived and worked in Burbank for over 10 years now and even prior to that, I visited Burbank on a weekly basis. Although there are may still be some top restaurants in Burbank that I have not been to, I bring you what I feel are the best restaurants in Burbank, CA in no particular order. There is a restaurant for any budget in Burbank. There is Zankou and Corner Bakery, if you have a low budget and those who like to spend a little and go to a fancy place there is Castaway. Please keep in mind that for this list, I have left out the fast food chains, but one of the most popular places to eat in Burbank is In-n-out. So here we go with the list:

Burbank California is an absolutely wonderful place to visit. There are diverse options for entertainment, fun, and relaxation. While that is what Burbank is famous for, that’s just the beginning. Tourists and visitors will not want to miss taking the time to see the cities other attractions.
Burbank offers a myriad of activities and places to visit. Burbank is often known for its tie to the television and movie industry world. It is true. They are fabulous places to visit. Warner Brothers offers a wonderful VIP tour that people find intriguing and informative.
There is also a wonderful and well known 18 hole golf course that is both challenging and yet family friendly. You can get more details on the Golf course here. Burbank offers many spas where you can relax, retreat and often much needed rest.
There are art museums and fine art stores as well as an abundance of wonderful shops. And for children, there are parks and entertainment centers made just for them. Burbank Town Center: The Ultimate Reason for Visiting Burbank, CA

Burbank, California is a great mid-size city in Los Angeles. There are lots of things to do, so getting bored is the last thing anyone will have to worry about in Burbank. The Downtown Burbank area A.K.A the Burbank Town Center is no doubt one of the main attractions in Burbank, CA. With its many restaurants, bars, movie theaters, shopping, coffee shops and bookstores, there is something to do for anyone.
One of the biggest challenges the Burbank Town Center presents is deciding which restaurant to eat at, because it’s got so many good restaurants. Whatever your budget, there is something good to eat in Burbank Town Center.
You can just drive around or walk a few blocks until you find something you like. The Town Center is also directly across the Burbank Mall, which also hosts P.F. Changs and and a food court.
Some of our restaurant recommendations in the Town Center are: Market City Caffe which offers Italian food and salad bar, Gourmet 88 which offers Chinese food, Fuddruckers which offers hamburgers, Seoul Korean BBQ and Kabuki Japanese Restaurant which also offers Sushi..
If you are eating during the day, you can walk over to the mall to do some shopping. If you are visiting at night, then there are lot’s of other activities in the Burbank Town Center.
Head on to AMC Theaters if you want to watch movies. If you want some drinks or you are single and want to mingle, then head on to Gordon Biersch or Burbank Bar & Grill. Burbank Bar & Grill is also the only spot in Burbank that offer live bands and entertainment. Their food is also pretty good. You can also play billiards at Fantasia Billiards.
If you like books, then head to Book Castle-Movie World, where you can easily spend an hour going through used books, old magazines, comic books and sci-fi paperbacks. They also have lot’s of bargain kids books, if you have any kids. There is also a Barnes & Noble close by, on the other side of the mall, better to drive there, but walking will probably not take more than 15 minutes.
Don’t forget the coffee shops, Starbucks and Coffee Bean, are also popular hang out places in Burbank Town Center.

Top Restaurants in Burbank, California

These restaurants in Burbank, California are popular with locals and travelers alike. Although there are many more top restaurants in Burbank, we decided to review a few of our favorites here:
1. The Great Grill restaurant located at 126 N. San Fernando Blvd. is a small 1950’s diner that is big on nostalgia. It serves American comfort food such as burgers and grilled cheese and serves breakfast all day long. A nice touch is a tabletop jukebox on each table and reasonable pricing.
2. Chadaka Thai restaurant located at 310 N. San Fernando Blvd. is Thai food at its very best. With all fresh ingredients and uniquely named menu items like Jungle Curry (a hot curry) and Crying Tiger (spicy beef) the restaurant is always busy. The ambiance is pleasant, the service attentive and the prices moderate.
3. Portos Bakery & Café located at 3614 W. Magnolia Blvd., is so popular there is usually a line of patrons waiting to get in the door. They have unique homemade pastry filled with guava and cheeses, meat pies, potato balls and great Cuban sandwiches all reasonably priced for families.
4. Bistro Provence located at 345 N. Pass Ave. is a taste of Paris. French food dominates the menu with items like Crème Brulee and Beef Bourguignon. The food is authentic and the ambience cozy and romantic. Prices are moderate.
5. Islands restaurant located at 101 E. Orange Grove Ave. is a casual, fun and relaxing restaurant that serves frosty mugs of beer as well as American fare. The hamburgers, homemade onion rings and tacos are popular menu items. Prices are reasonable.
